About the Web Design Process
Our initial interaction will provide me with your ideas and requirements for your website. This information can be transferred to me via email, phone, post, courier or in person. I will then present you with my layout and graphic design proposal for your approval.

How big a website do you need?
The size of your site is determined by the number of pages and the density of content. Each page of a website is like a chapter of a book and should be no larger than the size of an A4 piece of paper.

It's better to have more pages with less content than it is to have fewer pages with too much content. This will slow down your site's loading time and it will frustrate visitors to your site.

Where do you start?
Think about the colors you would like, the "look" you want along with the message you want to convey.  Organise your photos, information, other sites you may wish to link to. If you are selling a product or service, plan your pricing, take excellent photos and think about delivery costs. I will take care of the design and technical side of your website

The Design of your Website
The design and construction of your website will be presented to you in various stages for you to provide your feedback and to request changes or adjustments if desired. Initially you will be approving the layout, aesthetics and graphics etc come after the layout is approved.

It's not uncommon for the final site to differ from the initial idea. The end result comes about via feedback from you which does require you to be prompt with your responses to ensure that I can complete the website in a timely manner which will be in both our best interest.

Delivery of your Website
Your website will be uploaded to your domain upon completion.

Additional Information
Your website is tested with popular browsers and screen sizes.

Website Maintenance and Support
All websites require periodic maintenance or updates to reflect business changes. Sometimes it's a simple change, like updating an address or adding new products.

I can assist you on a regular basis or as required.

It frees up your time to run your business instead of spending time learning how to maintain your website. Saving you time and money. Minor updates are usually completed within 24 to 48 hours.

Client maintenance work is charged on an hourly basis and charged in 15 minute increments, as required. You are not locked into monthly website maintenance contracts, so you only pay for what you need when you need it.
